Let go of un-used LEGOs

Do you have a large collection of mix matched LEGO in your life? Are they crammed in a bin with no one interested in playing with them anymore? Well, there is a fantastic option for those un-used pieces…give them a new life by donating to LEGO Replay.

Lego Replay is a new program currently offered in the United States that donates used LEGO to children in need.  There are two ways you can participate:

Option One

Download the free shipping label from the LEGO website.  Place all the LEGO pieces in a box and drop at the post office.  No need to worry about cleaning the pieces as LEGO will take care of this step.

Option Two

Box up the unwanted LEGO and take to a LEGO store near you.  You can either pick up a shipping label from them or drop the donation off at the store.

There is peace of mind knowing if you participate through LEGO Replay, that LEGO will take the time to clean, sanitize, and distribute donations of LEGO pieces to Teach For America or The Boys & Girls Club of Boston.  Even better, if the pieces are not in donatable condition, LEGO will sometimes grind them down to make new pieces.  Now that sounds like a great way to give your old LEGO a new life.
